Registration Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you cannot attend ASD 2027, you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477 or heather@avs.org by March 7, 2027 to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after March 7, 2027.

All registration will take place in the Chamber Room of The Sentinel Hotel.
- Sunday, April 4, 2027: 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Monday, April 5, 2027: 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 6, 2027: 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 7, 2027: 7:20 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
