Please review all of the following steps to ensure you have the information needed to complete the abstract submission form.

Author Notification
Notifications regarding acceptance will be sent by e-mail in January 2027.
Submission steps
  1. Step 1

Please note the following requirements prior to submission:

    1. If you are planning to submit multiple abstracts, you may present at most one oral and one poster presentation at the Conference. They must be two different abstracts, not the same abstract submitted as both an oral and a poster.
    2. You will need to agree to the copyright agreement. Note: there are currently no plans for audio or video recording; however, this language is included as a precautionary measure, and you would be notified in advance should this change.
  2. Step 2

Select the session that best matches your abstract, with the understanding that your abstract may fit well in more than one. You may also suggest a second topic.

  3. Step 3

Fill out the abstract content and author details: title of 10 to 500 characters, abstract of 50 to 2,700 characters including punctuation and spacing. Formatting marks, such as subscripts, do not count toward the limit. You may also submit a supplemental 1–2 page PDF file, up to 1 MB, containing any graphs, charts or pictures you wish to include.

  4. Step 4

Submit the form below. Each abstract is submitted once and cannot be edited afterwards, so please review it before submitting. A confirmation is sent to the presenting author's e-mail with a link to view the submission; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder. To correct a submission, e-mail tania.sandoval@usm.cl.
